Government Assisted Housing

At RDI, we understand and appreciate the unique challenges face by the assisted housing, including the necessity to operate within reduced budgets. To succeed in this distinctive environment, RDI offers tailored solutions specific to these projects.

With extensive knowledge surrounding the intricacies of the low income housing tax credit (LIHTC), RDI has successfully managed and developed assisted housing projects requiring varying levels of screening, compliance monitoring, and reporting. Projects have included family, senior, special needs and populations. RDI’s President, Bob Pershadsingh is a Certified Assisted Housing Managerâ, a designation provided by the National Leased Housing Association.

RDI has an established record and reputation in the management of multi-family and Single Room Occupancy (SRO) residential apartment properties in Santa Barbara County. Over 147 units of RDI’s currently managed portfolio are legally qualified as affordable and low-income housing.
