Real Estate Syndication
What is Syndication?
Real estate syndication typically combines funds from private or individual investors with the management of a sponsor, and goes through a number of phases from implementation to completion.
The first phase is origination, which includes the planning stage, acquisition of property, satisfying registration and disclosure rules, and marketing the property. The second phase is the actual operation, during which, a sponsor will manage both the syndicate and the property. The final phase is the completion; ultimately, the resale of the property.
How We Benefit You
Our experience as real estate brokers oftentimes puts us in an advantageous position with respect to a property that has the earmark of offering exceptionally favorable profit opportunities for a purchaser.
In many instances, the initial investment on these types of purchases exceeds the capabilities of what one single client can handle. Our diverse team allows us to capitalize on multiple resources and years of experience, and turn what would potentially be an unrewarding transaction into profit for the investors.
By combining limited financial resources with others investors, we are able to facilitate the participation in owning a piece of property that might not have otherwise been feasible. And, because we offer professional management services, we make syndication affordable for smaller investors.
