Bob possesses over 30 years of real estate management, sales, and entrepreneurial experience. He is licensed as both a Real Estate Broker and General Contractor and possesses the creative ability to visualize a property's potential, conceive a design, and then work with the architect and consultants through completion and occupancy. Having served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a major Real Estate Syndication firm, he has personally managed and disposed of over 125 commercial and multi-tenant residential properties. In a concerted effort to maintain the highest level of service for clients, Bob personally constructs custom contract teams from his pool of time-tested independent contractors to meet the unique needs of each engagement. |

| Judy Ricker, CHA, CPM® | |
| Judy began her career in property management in 1976, and served as
President of Invest West from 1979 until 1992 and as President of
Pacifica Property Management Company Group from 1992 through 1995. Judy
has managed large apartment communities, hotels, retail properties and
commercial buildings throughout California for individual owners,
investment groups, and financial institutions. She received her
Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1979 and her Certified
Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation in 1990. Judy is also licensed as
a Broker and has served as a Governing Counselor of the National
Institute of Real Estate Management. Judy also acts as a Receiver and a
court appointed Referee and testifies as an Expert Witness on issues
related to property management and hotel management.

| Frank Thompson | |
| For over 33 years, Frank has served as the principal team member in the
production of over 3,500 units of affordable housing in Santa Barbara
County and throughout Southern California. Frank has also performed as a
principal, consultant, or employee for non-profit corporations,
government agencies, and private development entities on projects
ranging from new single-family homes and condominiums for first time
homebuyers, to resident-owned mobile home parks, hotels and group homes
for handicapped and indigent persons, as well as low-cost apartments for
young families, seniors and special needs groups. In addition to the
utilization of fee simple, condominium, cooperative, limited
partnership, and non-profit ownership entities, these projects involved
joint ventures of private, profit-motivated owners and non-profit
corporations.

| Kathy Palacio | |
| With over 19 years property management experience, Kathy was a resident
manager for over 7 years before obtaining her real estate license and
being promoted to a senior property management position with RDI. Kathy
has successfully managed RDI’s multi-family units in Isla Vista for over
3 years.

| Kerrie Jean | |
|
|
|
|
|
Responsible for managing special projects for RDI since 2008, Kerrie coordinates everything from marketing campaigns to database administration to overseeing day to day operations. A Realtor licensed in Ontario, Canada, with a background in computer technology, Kerrie brings over 15 years experience in real estate transactions, sales, and contract administration. |
